Returns Policy

At Editors Keys, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. It's very rare we get a return, however If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) under the following conditions:

1. Return Period: You can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase.

2. Condition: The item(s) must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Otherwise your return maybe refused or a restocking fee charged.

3. Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items cannot be returned.

4. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

5. Faulty Items: If the item is faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs and refund the original shipping fees. Please contact us at info@editorskeys.com for instructions.

6. Shipping Costs: Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Late Returns: If an item is returned more than 30 days after purchase, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee. Returns are not

Came for the keyboard, stayed for the support

I bought this keyboard last year and, having tried the more expensive competition, I can honestly say that both the build quality and feel on this keyboard are the best in the industry for light up editing keyboards. The keys are responsive and easy to navigate when not looking. My left command key did come loose (this is a common issue on all pro editor keyboards), but when I reached out, they sent me a replacement without hesitation. The replacement came and immediately solved my issue. This company's quality and support are bar none. I absolutely recommend this keyboard. It will last you years and you know you have a friendly team to reach out to if you run into any issues. 10/10.

After 3 months of 14 hour days one of the key covers fell off. The support service was excellent . They responded to my email in hours and a new key was in the post the next day. Backlit EditorKeys keyboard is awesome!

I just unpacked my new EditorKeys keyboard which came in the mail. The box it comes in is almost worth the price alone. The storage box is lined with a dense packing cushion and is superbly made. The keyboard itself is great and the keys have a nice feel to them. It is also quiet. The colour coding makes it easy to use with Avid Media Composer and is a time-saver. I highly recommend this product!
