Returns Policy

At Editors Keys, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. It's very rare we get a return, however If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) under the following conditions:

1. Return Period: You can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase.

2. Condition: The item(s) must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Otherwise your return maybe refused or a restocking fee charged.

3. Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items cannot be returned.

4. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

5. Faulty Items: If the item is faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs and refund the original shipping fees. Please contact us at info@editorskeys.com for instructions.

6. Shipping Costs: Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Late Returns: If an item is returned more than 30 days after purchase, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee. Returns are not

So many short cuts! A great help.

Solid!

I've been using the keyboard for two weeks now, and I love it so far. My favorite feature is switching between different devices! I had some problems connecting it to my PC because of the position of my machine so I had to do some adjustments but now it works seamlessly. The build quality is very nice. I wish it would be a bit bigger but the compact size is also one of its advantages so... :) Overall - very good impressions.

Loving it, it may take a while to get used to but I except that productivity will be increased.

Perfect for video editors!

I would argue that this keyboard could actually make you a better and faster editor thanks to its design and descriptive keys. It makes it so that you can learn shortcuts a lot faster (unless you know all of them already). I also love that it's backlit so I can easily see what I'm doing or writing during those long grinding nights that I think every editor has been through!

The colors look great as well and brighten up my otherwise boring workstation.

Great build field. Looks lovely too but -1 star only because the arrow keys occasionally don’t feel as smooth as the rest and can get a bit loud and slightly stuckish (I know that’s not word but anyway ;)
