Returns Policy

At Editors Keys, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. It's very rare we get a return, however If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) under the following conditions:

1. Return Period: You can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase.

2. Condition: The item(s) must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Otherwise your return maybe refused or a restocking fee charged.

3. Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items cannot be returned.

4. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

5. Faulty Items: If the item is faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs and refund the original shipping fees. Please contact us at info@editorskeys.com for instructions.

6. Shipping Costs: Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Late Returns: If an item is returned more than 30 days after purchase, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee. Returns are not

Avid Media Composer Keyboard

Good looking, disappointed for not having any usb connection.

Came for the keyboard, stayed for the support

I bought this keyboard last year and, having tried the more expensive competition, I can honestly say that both the build quality and feel on this keyboard are the best in the industry for light up editing keyboards. The keys are responsive and easy to navigate when not looking. My left command key did come loose (this is a common issue on all pro editor keyboards), but when I reached out, they sent me a replacement without hesitation. The replacement came and immediately solved my issue. This company's quality and support are bar none. I absolutely recommend this keyboard. It will last you years and you know you have a friendly team to reach out to if you run into any issues. 10/10.

excellent support service

After 3 months of 14 hour days one of the key covers fell off. The support service was excellent . They responded to my email in hours and a new key was in the post the next day. As a hard working professional editor having to work from home, having reliable kit that is supported is an absolute godsend. Thank you very much. Much appreciated.

Ctrl + Alt Keys

I love the these backlit keyboards. I’ve just recently bought the new one. My only gripe is that the ctrl and alt keys are now separated by the windows home key. They’ve moved positions since my previous keyboard.

I end up instinctively pressing the windows home key now instead of alt.

This is the only reason I’ve not five starred.
