Returns Policy in detail.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@editorskeys.com and send your item to: 518 Royal Exchange, Manchester GB M2 7EN.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Brilliant Keyboard

Wow!! - I've only been using the Editors Keys Cubase keyboard for about 1 week and it's brilliant.
I'm using it in a "bedroom studio" with Cubase Elements and wasn't sure whether I really needed it - but already I wish I'd bought it sooner.

I have it sitting right above my digital piano & the first thing I noticed is how much easier it is to navigate, play, loop and edit tracks in the main project window, rather than having to keep reaching for the mouse and clicking screen icons.

The colour coded keys/icons on the keyboard are very intuitive, and once you've used one of them a few times, it just seems normal - and you want to try another. It's already changed the way I use Cubase - and made it more enjoyable.

I would highly recommended this keyboard to anyone considering purchasing it.

Nice

Very nice to look at, visually similar to an Apple keyboard. The rubber keys are nice to use. Key commands are printed clearly.

This is a must buy for all cubase users!

I use this keyboard combined with a CMC AI controller that I got on amazon for 66 and its truly a breeze editing with cubase. No reaching for the mouse and working out where the pointer is on a twin screen setup. This keyboard looks the part (and is the part) I would certainly recommend it.
It would save you time and richen your experience with cubase even if you only spend 10 minutes a day using it. I spend about 6 hours a day using it and it's a must have piece of equipment.

When I first started looking for a dedicated Steinberg Cubase keyboard, the only company I could find for such a product, was Editors Keys. Fantastic product for muicians and producers

I love this unit!

For a start, it looks fun - kind of childlike and not so serious - it is an invitation to press one of the buttons........just to see what happens. Don't be fooled by appearances, though, because this is a very solidly-built product that does exactly what you want in the studio.

You get single button access to editing features such as crossfade, fade in/out, track mute, location points and transport controls. Display can be easily zoomed in/out without the tiresome reaching for the mouse to track down a menu or slider. Colour-coding makes it much easier to use than a standard 'board, and you'll save plenty of time when you switch to this unit.

I've owned mine for 18 months, I wish I'd bought it years before.
