Returns Policy

At Editors Keys, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. It's very rare we get a return, however If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) under the following conditions:

1. Return Period: You can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase.

2. Condition: The item(s) must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Otherwise your return maybe refused or a restocking fee charged.

3. Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items cannot be returned.

4. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

5. Faulty Items: If the item is faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs and refund the original shipping fees. Please contact us at info@editorskeys.com for instructions.

6. Shipping Costs: Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Late Returns: If an item is returned more than 30 days after purchase, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee. Returns are not

I needed a keyboard for speeding the workflow process

I could learn the studio one shortcuts my self but it is hard and the waste of time. You should spend the time on working on music not learning all buttons. But after I bought the keyboard I started to remember all the shortcuts without doing any research etc.
It is a bit Motley but it looks good.

Wow well what can I say?

Heard about this being on offer on the Studio One Facebook and along with quite a few others, jumped on the buy button.
That was at about lunchtime, the keyboard arrived the next morning in the post. It wasn't even marked as next day delivery, in fact I was expecting it in about 3-4 days!

Unfortunately the space bar was faulty so I got straight onto customer support where I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful gent who offered me an immediate replacement, no quibbles. He said that he would contact me later after conferring with his manager about the broken keyboard.

I received an email later on informing me that I could keep the keyboard as spare parts and the new keyboard arrived this morning and is in perfect working order!

5 Stars for everything, this ranks in the some of the best customer service I've ever had the pleasure to experience and the product is excellent quality and does what it says on the label. Total value for my money.

Great Money and Time Saving Product

This Keyboard is one of the best investments that I have made for my studio,It has exceeded all my expectations, it is very well made with a really nice brushed finish and the colored keys not only brighten up my desk but also give it a very professional look,they also have a very light touch and make typing a pleasure. This Keyboard has saved me so much time and time is money so it did'nt take long for it to pay for itself. I can't say enough about this Keyboard and how much I love it, Editors Keys has made a customer for life, I plan on buying their SL 300 Mic and Vocal Booth Package next after seeing the quality of the Keyboard. I also want to say that I had a small problem with a shipping issue that was no fault of Editors Keys but I emailed them with a question and Mark Brown got back to me with an answer right away, that sold me on the Company before I even received the product!!
